Best Way to Look Your Best at the Beach This Summer

I know, I know, even the tight of pre-holiday tips is enough to scare anyone. But summer is coming whether we like it or not, so let’s get to it!

Here are 4 Ways you can look your best this summer:

1.     Body Toning – The Quick Fix

Body toning exercises are one of the quickest and best ways to stay in shape. Why? Did you know when starting toning exercises, your body tones almost instantly? Unused muscles react a lot quicker to exercise compared to people who gym often. This quickly tightens the skin tissue around the muscle and creates a tighter and firmer look.

Here are a list of Toning exercises you can do, choose one of the following every day:

  • Skipping x 10 for 1min at a time
  • Body Weight Squats x 200 challenge
  • Sprints – 5 x 100m
  • Swimming – 10 laps of 20m

2.  Eat a lot of essential fatty acids

Did you just say eat fat????! Yes, that’s exactly what I said. Eating healthy fats is essential to your body’s health.

Like everything, you have to eat fat in moderation. This isn’t a go ahead to pig out on as much butter as you want. There are only certain fats that you should be eating.

Fish Oil found predominantly in Salmon is probably the best fat you can it. It’s saturated with omega 3 fatty acids which is also healthy for your heart.

Here are some more healthy fats you should be eating:

  • Nuts (pecans, peanuts, macadamia nuts, almonds, cashews)
  • Avocados
  • Natural peanut butter
  • Olives

3.     Get a Supplement to help you lose Weight

It is no secret that there is weight loss supplements out there that work! The most difficult part is finding out what works for you. There is no better way to lose weight quicker, supplements can drastically increase the amount of weight you lose compared to just being on diet and exercise.

How to tell which supplements works and which doesn’t?

In my experience there is no easy way. It takes hours of research and even then I’ve gotten it wrong so many times. I now have a few “Weight Loss Gurus” that I follow; this takes away all the guessing work!

Here are some supplements I have tried:

Garcinia Cambogia – A fruit situated in South East Asia. It worked but not as well as I expected.

Relislim – Before starting I read stories of people losing 15kgs in 2 months. After I used it I can happily confirm this product is amazing! The only issue is in the past year the health board changed it to a schedule 6 drug, so now you need a prescription L booo!

I am currently using relislim herbal. It doesn’t work as well as the original relislim but it sure gets the job done! The main benefit with the herbal relislim is that you don’t need a prescription which can be quite costly.

4.     Hair Cut

Cutting your hair can have a huuuuge difference in your appearance. Even a trim! Have you ever literally just snipped of the ends of your hair only to be showered with compliments that same day? Cutting away split ends gives a fresh appearance and boosts your appearance as a whole.
